Yeast review

We are still in fermentation stage, so I haven’t tasted the beer yet, but the yeast seemed nice and active!

Amazing

Rehydrated. Pitched in 68degree wort. Noticable activity in 4 hours. Next day it way chugging away. Finished in 3 1/2 days.

Reliable Clean Yeast

Tried this yeast twice. Once in a blonde ale and again in a NEIPA (my liquid yeast was a dud and needed something on hand to kick start fermentation). The blonde ale started fermenting about 16 hours after pitching. The NEIPA kicked in within about 6 hours! Blonde ale came out very clean with a mild softness. No esters. Just a solid fermentation that went from 1.054 to 1.017 in 12-13 days. NEIPA is on day one of fermentation, so no final results yet. I recommend.
