OK, but not Bass

Speaking as a Brit who ëgrew upí drinking Bass, and now live only an hour from its home in Burton-on-Trent - this ainít Bass. Of course, Bass has been brewing since forever (200 years?) so there have been many variations on the theme of what is a good bass (not least when they stopped using the iconic Burton Union system to brew) so this may resemble one of the versions. This one is a decent drink but isnít a clone of what Iím used to.

OK, but...

This Bass Ale clone is OK, but is a little weak in flavor compared to the original. I've done other Bass Ale clone kits that were better. This one I could definitely drink all day, is not overpowering, which is good, but falls short in matching the flavor.
