Good, clean flavor for summer enjoyment and experimentation!

I’ve brewed this for summer gatherings and it’s always a hit. I’ve also used it as the base for my Apple Lager, and it’s outstanding! You really can’t go wrong.

Backyard Lager Rocks!

While the secondary is still "lagering" in my converted chest freezer, I'm looking forward to the warmer weather and my first real lager! Sampling it just before the diacetyl rest promises great results.

One of my Favorites!

I loved this beer. It came out crisp, clean, clear. The malt flavor is distinct but not over powering and just enough hop flavor. I plan on brewing this often enough to always have some in the fridge. Great recipe!
