Nice pale ale

Easy enough to make, this is a strong-ish pale ale (would have counted as an IPA years ago). Nice body, warm, citrusy hops (not piney).

House Beer

I think I have settled on this ale as my house beer. I have not been dry hopping this beer, but just throwing the remaining hops in during the last 5-10 minutes of the boil. Makes it easier.

Nice IPA

This beer turned out very nice. I left it for 2 weeks in primary then dry hopped in secondary and let it sit for another 2 weeks. Siphoned with a filter into my bottling bucket as the hops didn't settle to the bottom of the carboy. Let it sit in the bottle for a few weeks before trying the first one, nice taste and color. Clarity was also good. The beer finished at 6.96%ABV. I would make this again.
