Best Pale Ale yet

I've done a few pale ales over the years, but the American All Grain Pale Ale kit was by far the best I've produced. It was the star attraction at a recent neighborhood fish fry with glowing words from those who tried it. Very smooth and balanced between the hoppiness and malt and a clean mouth feel.
