Got hooked on Alaskan Amber during summer trips to Alaska. I brewed this with WLP036 D¸sseldorf Alt Ale Yeast and fermented in basement at 61 deg.F, then finished in the secondary at 54 deg. for a week. Resulted in crystal clear amber with smooth and clean malty finish.
