Adventures Amber has won many rewards for many of our customers. I've been told it has even won the pale ale category on more than one occasion. Cluster bittering hops give this ale a clean bitter profile with a subtle saaz finish.

Nice Amber

Very nice amber, easy to brew. The FG came out higher than predicted and alcohol over 6%. Flavor was 5 stars!

Amazing first brew

This was my first try at home brew. Bought a kit from adventures and it came with this kit I selected. Was nervous if my first brew would even be drinkable but let me tell you it was an awesome beer. Mine came in a little high at 6.8%. Thought it may be me not reading the hydrometer right but after having a couple I was feeling good. But as for taste it is super smooth and a real easy drinker. Wife loved it and I just had my second brew day to brew the Irish hills and everyone that came over and tried it loved it. Plan to try some of the other AIH recipes but will for sure be back for this one.

Picked up as free kit with starter equipment kit

Was my very first homebrew and turned out great. Definitely needs to be aged beyond the carbonation.

Love me a good Amber!

Has been well received by friends who've had it. Then I got to try some and it was well received by me! This is a tasty beer with good color, body, and flavor. I think it ended up a little higher in ABV (6.4%) than I expected. This is something I would not mind keeping on tap for the fall, winter, and spring.

Good Kit. Tasty Beer.

This is a really good amber ale kit. We fermented one week in primary, one in secondary then bottled it. I completely agree with the other reviewer. After 2 week in the bottle it had an unbalanced flavor profile to me, with a stronger hops flavor and a pretty thin body. Another 2 weeks conditioning in the bottle, it's a different beer. The hops mellows out and becomes much more balanced and the body is fuller. The ultimate test of the recipe is that the wives in our beer group drank a case of it. Enough said.
