missing items

I ordered two beer kits. one package of hops was missing and there weren't any instructions in the package, I had to download them from your site. The two kits were all put into one bag, I would prefer to see them separated into two bags. It also took about 2 weeks to ship after I placed my order. If that is going to be the lead time moving forward please note it on your web site.

This is one of the best Christmas beers out there and the clone is so close to the real thing. Going to do a couple batches this year and one will be a bourbon barrel.
