Great yeast

I pitched into a yeast starter and observed fermentation within hours. I later pitched the starter into a Pacifico kit and observed active fermentation with steady activity at 55 degrees. That kit is in secondary now, so no taste test to refer to. I will buy again.

Great yeast

One of the best lager yeasts I have ever used. Used on everything from a pilsner to a smoked lager.
