Striking Gold Belgian Strong Recipe Kit

AIH did a poor job of shipping the kit. I ordered 3 separate kits in the order and everything was just dumped in the same box. They did not include instructions with the kit so I had to go to the website to find and print the instructions. Then I had to sort through all the ingredients to find the right ones. When brewing I was able to get similar gravity as what was projected. The beer ended up darker than I would have liked so I wonder if the recipe was put together right. It tastes fine but not on par with what I was hoping for.

Brewed it last sunday,Its still in the fermentation chamber. Going to serve at a charity event in March.

This kit made a very tasty Belgian style ale. The yeast characteristics really shine since the base is so light (I used a white labs Belgian golden ale yeast). I brewed this beer in the spring time and shared it with friends and family. So far everyone who has tasted the beer loves it. I will definitely brew this one again.
