Very Good Clone

This Soft Parade clone is very authentic and finishes with a great fruit flavor. 2 weeks in primary fermenter then 2 weeks in secondary fermenter with the Mr. Smoothie fruit juice added, turned out perfect!

Very popular beer

When I got my kit, it was one large (46oz) bottle, a smoothie blend of the four berries. From the other reviews, it sounds like there used to be a couple of smaller bottles. It was a bit heavy on the strawberry for my taste, but everyone loved it. I carbed it on the high side for a wheat beer, around 3.8 volumes (27psi at 40F), 'cause that's how I like it. :) I had started around 3 volumes (18psi at 40F), which was enough to build a nice head, but the mouthfeel was almost flat. This one went quickly. I fined it with gelatin and cold conditioning cleared it up nicely (although not much of it was left to do so). :)

Very good Clone

Very characteristic of soft parade, yet slightly different. My wife is a big fan of soft parade and actually said she might prefer this clone recipe more. I will definitely brew this again but perhaps reduce the amount of berry mixture by 1 bottle. It was a little too much berry imo. I was looking for more of a hint.

Fruity Beer Delight

I have friends & family who always request fruity/flavored beers. This one is a huge hit with that crowd. They have told me I MUST re-order the Soft Parade clone!
