Sierra Nevada Torpedo IPA Clone Recipe Kit

Great kit and very tasty

this is just another wonderful clone kit from AIHB , I have made it 4 times and it is so good I do not mess with the brewing process at all.

Drank my first one of these last night. It had been in the bottle only 6 days (was my one day late 5 day in the bottle sample). Pretty good, had just a bit of a bite, but I know that will mellow out in another 7-10 days (which is when I will start drinking the rest of it.) I could taste the similarity to the Sierra Nevada original, but, of course, not the same. I would do this one again. Looses one star due to the LME coming in those blasted bags. Whoever thought those up might want to find a different field of work, they are the worst PITA's to deal with.....please AIH, find a better way......it can be done (as others have)....

Nice alternative to a traditional IPA. Has the aroma of a IPA without the bitterness. Definitely recommend 2 stage fermentation to clear all the dry hopping. Finished with a ABV of 5.98%. Would brew again.

This is my best IPA yet (out of 5). Nice color and hops without being overly bitter. I was worried about the clarity but after cold crashing it turned out very nice.
