Not what I hoped

Kind of flat tasting and a little bitter.

Christmas Ale

This is just what I wanted. A very light Ale to be enjoyed by people who don't like the IPA hoppy stuff. Nice flavor, ;but I plan to add a couple cinnamon sticks to get a tad more spice. Perfect for holiday guests.

Best beer I have ever made. As good as the original.

I made this beer six weeks ago and cracked them open for Championship weekend. I am not sure what was better the beer or the games. Enjoyed them both. I will definitely be purchasing this again.

Simply Fantastic

I never had the true Sam Adams White Christmas yet decided to give this one a try and so glad I did. I brewed it up on Dec 14th with a nice 1.061 OG with the addition of 1 Lbs of Dextrose added for the last 5 minutes of boil. Pitched using rehydrated US-05 yeast. On Dec 24th fermentation ended with a 1.015 FG giving a 6% ABV finish. Kegged and cold crashed to 37*F. Added 1 Tsp Knox Gelatin to 250ml water, heated it to 160*F and poured into the keg setting CO2 at 23psi for 36 hours before doing a closed transfer to a new keg and set CO2 to 12psi until Dec 31. Keg went down the street to the New Years Eve party and was empty by the end of the night! What a hit! I can see 4 kegs for next Christmas/New Years season as many were asking if I'd be making it again.

Very Nice Wheat beer

I like this wheat beer kit. It was complete with clear instructions, and tastes great. I did use a Belgian Wit yeast (Mangrove Jack) because I love the Belgian funkiness. At our holiday party this was well received.
