An enzyme that destroys pectin, the substance in some fruits that causes them to gel when the beer or wine is chilled. This pectin notoriously makes beer or wine hazy. Add 1/2 teaspoon per gallon (must add before start of fermentation).

Clear enough to read through

My first batch of melomel Mead with fruit, as I added the fruit in the 2nd stage, this product seems to help the Yeast digest the fruit sugars, and lower the haze, I can read a news print through the fermenter after 2 weeks!
