Notes from Brad, Head Brewer: "Obi Ron's Wheat is a perfect beer for the spring and summer months, but it goes down just as nicely any time of year. Brewed with nearly 50% white wheat and a dash of light crystal malt, the malt flavors are quite prominent and serve as a perfect backdrop for a modest hop charge. The choice of liquid yeast pairings works wonderfully to accentuate hop flavor with a heightened fermentation derived ester profile, and a small Centennial dry hop step serves to really round out the aroma."

New addition to my standard rotation

I like Obi Rons well enough to make it a full time brew for my rotation. It is a typical wheat beer, which makes it lighter and easier to drink. It is perfect for going with a meal, or just a summer refreshment. There are times when a strong IPA is just not the right thing, and ObiRons works for me that way.
