LalBrew® Verdant IPA was specially selected in collaboration with Verdant Brewing Co. (UK) for its ability to produce a variety of hop-forward and malty beers. Undertones of tropical fruit and citrus along with prominent notes of apricot merge seamlessly with hop aromas. With medium-high attenuation, LalBrew® Verdant IPA leaves a soft and balanced malt profile with slightly more body than a typical American IPA yeast strain.

This highly versatile strain is well suited for a variety of beer styles, including English Bitter, Sweet Stout, NEIPA, English IPA, American Pale, and Sours.

Great IPA Yeast

Verdant IPA yeast made a great beer! Yeast worked as advertised by producing apricot, tropical fruit and citrus flavors. Worked extremely well with Azacca hops. Will use this yeast again.

Great stuff

Used recently, 2 packets into 5 gallons of 1.053 wort I had excessive blowoff. Finished 1.012 but still has good amount of malt body and soft, subtle fruit esthers that worked very well with the wheat beer I made with it. Harvested and looking forward to making more beer with it.
