Surprisingly good!

Our first attempt at winemaking with a kit...we added about 3 1/2 cups of sugar to the primary fermentation, as we wanted the resulting alcohol level to be suitable for making into a wine slushie. All other directions were followed precisely. Wonderful results. We will definitely make this again.
