Family favorite

This hazy recipe is probably my favorite of all beers I've home brewed. It's certainly hoppy and full of flavor...I think it compares to some of the finest hazys I've had to date. My family and neighborhood can't get enough of it :) Cheers

Good - but issues

The brewing process itself is straightforward, no issues. I would highly recommend using a filter or screen for the hops. I seem to have had some bio-conversion happen, which is highly surprising. The flavor is still very good, but the color went from a light straw to a medium gold color. As such it does not look like a NEIPA, but is still tastes like one.

Great NEIPA

Just finished this one up and had a sample before I send it to the keg. I met FG in about 10 days at 68F. I'm happy with the results. I'm sure it will be even better after chilling and carbonation. The hop combination will give you a slight grapefruit flavor and very little hop bittering. I may have to do this one again and try different hops to get more citrus. For those that enjoy the NEIPA, give this one a try.
