Great for brewing Brut IPAs, Glucoamylase Enzyme increases the amount of fermentable sugars in your batch and improves attenuation. The improved attenuation and increased sacchirifaction make this perfect for brewing dry, bubbly, champagne-like Brut IPAs. Recommended dosage is 1/2 teaspoon per 5 gallons, added in during the mash.

So glucoamylase definitely increases the amount of fermentable sugars and leaves a dry finish. Works great when you come up short on your SG. Easley take a low gravity 1.040 and finish below 1.010 to still get a solid 4.5 %abv with a sharp end. Not recommended for use a sweeter finish hazy style unless you back sweeten.
