glucoamylase for the conversion of dextrins to fermentable sugars.
Once mash or wort is prepared, allow to cool to 89 °F (32 °C). Add Whisky Yeast sachet contents
and stir well. Secure lid firmly onto fermenter, attach airlock and leave to ferment between
70-89 °F (20-32 °C). Complete fermentation times are dependent on temperature.
Please note: all grains must be fully enzymatically converted to dextrins by mashing with
alpha-amylase before use.

Well....I've normally had good luck with this yeast, however this last batch has been bad, had to use three packets for one run, two did not work, (bad yeast) the third finally took. Started each before adding, so when the didn't start i moved onto the next packet. Gonna have to try some diffrent yeast.
Makes very smooth whiskey.
Great yeast works off quick less then 6 days.
