Fermentis SafBrew LD-20
For the production of dry and neutral lager beers with reduced residual sugars, SafBrew™ LD-20 is an ideal choice. This product is a combination of active dry yeast and enzymes, making it possible to create beers with the high alcohol level while decreasing carbohydrates by up to 20%, including dextrins. It is particularly well-suited for crafting dry yet flavorful session lagers and cold IPAs.
One 25g packet is enough for an average 5-gallon batch of beer.

- 50/50 Blend: 50% Yeast, 50% Enzyme
- Fermentation Temperature: 53.6 - 68°F
- Attenuation: 98-102%
- Alcohol Tolerance: 18%
- Enzymes: Amyloglucosidase (AMG)
