SafBrew™ HA-18, a blend of POF+ Active Dry Brewer’s Yeast and enzymes, is a potent remedy for crafting high-gravity, intensely alcoholic brews such as bold ales, barley wines, and barrel-aged beers with significantly elevated starting gravities. With outstanding osmotic resistance and thermotolerance, this yeast strain produces phenols that contribute a distinctive clove or spicy taste to the final beverage.
One 25g packet is enough for an average 5-gallon batch of beer.
