Description

The beer that makes you smile!
Fat Tire Clone Recipe Kit

It's Fat Tire! If you haven't brewed it yet, you're missing out on a classic American Amber! Toasty malt flavors (sorta like biscuits just pulled from the oven) coasting in equilibrium with crisp hoppiness. Delicious stability - in the world of sometimes-precarious beer flavors is perhaps what prompted one consumer who wrote us to say, "this beer just makes you smile."

Thank you

Thanks for quickly sending me the yeast I had neglected to include in my original order. I was able to prepare the Fat Tire wort on the wood stove without making it hellishly hot in the house. I was also able to cool the wort in a stream that will dry up soon. Timing is everything!

Extract W/O Ground Grain

AIH has been my go to place for years. Then the delivery system changed/moved. The delivery took 12 days, which could be understandable if I caught them in transition to another hub.
However, it was inconceivable that I would order an extract kit and the specialty grains arrive NOT milled.
Who orders extract kits expecting to need to use a rolling pin to unevenly mill their specialty grains?

Fat Tire clone

I highly recommend this recipe kit. Flavor was great. One of the best I've brewed.

Not very good

Followed the instructions and used purified water, aerated, did primary and secondary fermentation. The brew turned out but it just tastes very weak. No body, not hoppy, not malty, just like a Michelob ultra watered down

Great product and smooth ordering/shipping

It is fermenting at this time.
