Good beer, meh clone

The resulting beer was quite good. It tasted similar to a dogfish head. But it turned out much lighter and just seemed to be missing something. I think if I had added honey it would get closer. Good beer, meh clone.

You won't be doing anything during the boil...

For many of us, brew day allows us complete a step, walk away for a while and get other things done, come back for the next, repeat. Not with this beer. Every 5 flipping minutes you're dropping hops in the boil. Clear your schedule, grab a chair next to the kettle and relax while you toss hops in...every. 5. minutes. :) In the end, it is worth it, though! Be very careful when kegging or bottling; minimize the oxygen exposure/contact in all steps and you'll be glad you did.
