Bramling Cross can be a challenge to find these days. I saw that AiH had single ounces, but 1lb bags were out of stock. I subscribed to be notified when they were back and got an email the next day. At $10/lb it was a no brainer to grab a pound for me and a friend. I just got around to using them this past weekend for a blackberry saison. They smelled fresh even though they were not vacuum packed. Not sure if the packages are purged of O2 before sealing (didn't seem like it), but I stored them in a vacuum sealed mason jar as soon as they arrived. If you have never used this hop before, you should check it out. It's great for ESB's and English pale ales.
