Nice Light wheat beer

This is a good Light wheat beer, but I would like more Apple flavor
I added a extra Cinnamon stick and still the Flavor is just a touch of Apple and spice.

Perfect for Fall

I dubbed this kit Apple Sin. Light wheat beer with the apple and cinnamon standing out. Had a few left around Thanksgiving and the flavors really smoothed and blended nicely. Brewed this and the Night Shade Pumpkin Stout...2 fantastic brews!

Apple wheat

I brewed this recipe a month ago, building it myself, I added a can of applejuice concentrate in place of the apple extract, as well as using 2 tsp. ground cinnamon the last 10 min. of the boil, replacing the called for cinnamon stix in the secondary, first time using wheat yeast, a little funky at first, this beer has become much smoother over time in the keg (Delicious). Cheers to the guys at AIH for sending me this recipe, very nice!!.next time I brew this I will use Wyeast 1056. Thank You.
