Works but Very Loud

Like the title says. The pump works as advertised but it is very loud. It was a little quieter once I screwed to a length of 2x4 but it is still loud.

It also agitates the liquid as it pumps it and will cause foam if you are not careful.

So far I have used it to transfer beer from the cooker to the fermenter. Worked perfectly. I used it to aerate beer and wine and both worked perfectly.

Rack and bottle faster and cleaner

Such a great product! It's saved me hours of time for racking and bottling and allowed me to do large batches on my own. It's also much cleaner than the usual siphon or bottling setup I've used in the past.

a little slow

the pump itself works fine, but it takes almost twice as long as my 1/2 auto siphon.
it would be great if it was available in 1/2 inch instead of 3/8.
