Description

AIH Exorcyser

Lucky enough to try the AIH Zombie Killer Clone at NHC? Feeling possessed?? Try an Exorcyser! This Cherry Cyser is packed full of flavor. Michigan Cherry tartness, blended perfectly with sweet Apple Cider and Wildflower Honey. At 6% and deceptively easy to drink this may be your cure for everything. This recipe is intended for kegging only. We do not recommend trying to naturally carbonate. Unfortunately there is no good way to make Exorcyser and bottle condition. The residual sugars from back-sweetening will create bottle bombs. May be good for someone possessed by a mysterious entity, but not good for us. Please disregard the instructions on/or in the cider package as this is a recipe for the antidote. There is no need to use those instructions. We will provide you with your own set of instructions, when you order the kit. Commercial Example: B Nekter Zombie Killer

Second Batch.

Everyone loved the first batch. I used a conical fermenter, making the process so easy.

Awesome tasting Cyser

Never made a Cyser before, didn’t know what one was but this is delicious. Nice, apple, Cherry and honey taste. All my friends and friends wives loved it and asked for another bottle. Some offered to buy some. This is on the expensive side but well worth the money, deliciously sweet. I will say this took a while to carbonate in my kegerator. It was at 30psi for a week till I got some bubbles. Definite re-buy for me.

Fantastic!!

This is a great clone of "b nektar" or zombie killer.

Crowd pleaser

Agreed: everyone loved this one. I shared it with family, neighbors, beer drinkers, wine drinkers, and more. More than one person independently told me I could sell the drink. Although I didn't bother measuring FG/ABV, my batch didn't seem very strong. People wondered if it even contained alcohol. One reason might be because the recipe calls for 2# honey for fermenting, then 2# for back sweetening, but my recipe only came with 2# total. Somehow, I got confused about this and went forward instead of getting the mistake corrected. I let it keg condition for about 5 months to ensure a yacht rock level of smooth, but I don't know if I'll be able to be that patient the next time I make it.

Really good

Must say that for my very first brew ever, this is very good stuff. I admit I bottled it but it is not likely to last long enough to be a bottle bomb. I also put a lot in growlers and those are history, three weeks later all has been consumed. No one has NOT liked it and everyone has gone back for more. I have added a little carbonated soda to get the fizz and lighten it a little when I know I want to drink a large glass (would not want to get tipsy). Mine measured 6.5% abv. I will brew this again!
