White Wheat 1 lb
This is a soft white wheat variety, it has a milder wheat flavor than it's red counterpart. Great base malt for any wheat style beer. Also can be used up to 5% to aid in head retention in any style beer. Use up to 70% (over 20-30% will require the addition of rice hulls to ease lautering and prevent a stuck mash)
