Want to make a Yeast Starter? Home brewers are always led to believe making a yeast starter is for the advanced brewer. This could not be further from the truth. This is the only yeast for my NEIPA! I use 2 packages with a SG of around 1.065 and it's bubbling away in just a few hours. Finishes fast, stays nice and cloudy even after the cold crash, and yields a finished product that is juicy for days!
