A blend of Muscat and other juice concentrates, HFCS, malic and citric acids and natural flavors designed to make a fermentable base for moscato wine blend at 18.9 °Brix (5 gallons final volume). The product is both blended and pasteurized. May be stored at ambient temperature. Acidity: 0.61; 0.56 - 0.66 % w/w (as citric acid)
