Tart Cherry Concentrate (16 oz. Bottle)

Added this to a five gallon batch of cherry wine with excellent results. 2 cans puree, some cherry flavoring and this juice concentrate gave the wine a really good and balanced cherry flavor. This will keep your cherry wine from being watery.

There is a reason Bell's uses juice in its cherry stout; it is easy and doesn't compromise beer quality. 16oz bottle is a great size. If you are looking for a robust cherry flavor, add the entire bottle to 5 gallons. I used the product for my bourbon barrel aged porter. It complimented it well - I added 14ish oz to my keg before pressurizing. It had a very pronounced flavor initially, but mellowed considerably.

This has worked great for both winemaking and brewing. The flavor is outstanding, not to mention it added just the right color I was looking for. Price is extremely reasonable considering this is an 8 parts water to 1 part concentrate!
