This is an excellent product. Had no problems with them working on my kegs.

Doesn't work on all kegs

This appears to be a decent quality piece. It has some nice heft, and though the lock ring binds a little, it connects solidly to the keg post... When it connects at all. Unfortunately, this disconnect only works on two out of the nine kegs I tried it on (all the same manufacturer - Old Ale from AIH). I'm not sure if it's manufacturing tolerances or some other issue, but this just doesn't work consistently.

Requires 1/4" Nylon Flare Washer

Replacing a leaking plastic Ball Lock Disconnect. Turns out this one needs a 1/4" Nylon Flare Washer. Other disconnects on the site that need one specify that it is required. So now I have two disconnects that don't work. This one may work fine once I get the right washer. Remains to be seen.
