So far so good, had good fermentation activity and now looking for the finishing of fermentation. The basement has been cold so it slowed down a bit but looking good so far.
Oh My! I have been a Home Brewer for few years, got reading about wine making and decided to try it. This was my first choice / selection! Very Simple process compared to brewing. After 4 week and following the instructions.. Very Crisp and Delicious!! The kit made 6 gallons, used Brewers Gas Mix!! Perfect! This one will be a nice Summer sipping one watching the Sunsets!! The Kicker it came out 8.7% ABV... nice! Hope if you try it you'll enjoy as we do!
