Tastes great! The mint is just barely noticeable. Not too strong at all!

Great Stout

I was a little unsure of the flavoring, as I had never used the flavoring oils. The base stout of this beer (before adding the flavoring) is one of the best stouts I have ever had. I will be using this base and adding more and different flavors in the future for sure. That said, the mint chocolate chip flavor is certainly there, but not overpowering. I did learn to add a week or two to keg conditioning with the flavoring oil.

Just right

I like mint and chocolate, but I was afraid this beer would be heavy-handed. I'm glad I tried it because it's just right. The mint is subtle. Some I have served this to did not notice the mint flavor until I told them about it. I think some people just have different sensitivities to it. This is a solid stout recipe that is also unique.

Holiday Favorite

Will brew again, a holiday favorite for me. Excellent taste and color.

My Bud Light Buddies Loved this

This is probably one of the best tasting beers Iíve ever made and Iíve made over 100 batches easily. This beer has a nice creamy mouth feel with a nice hint of mint. This is not a heavy stout to me at all, the ladies love it also. Think of a Girls Scout Thin Mint and thatís this beer. The funny thing is Iíd ask my Budweiser buddies if they want to try my chocolate mint beer and theyíd all say ìIíd rather notî but then after they tasted it they wanted more. This is a surprisingly excellent beer. One thing to remember is the dram of mint flavoring is an oil so you need to mix it in with your beer. One dram gives it a thin mint cookie flavor, Two drams seems to boost it up to a junior Mint flavor so taste as you up the mint flavoring.
