Decent dry saison

A decent saison; mild (don't expect the peppery flavors of a dupont). Your only other alternative in dry yeasts is Danstar's Belle Saison, which throws off much more esters. Both finish dry, but this yeast is more neutral and appropriate for wits, dry-hopping, etc...
