Great clone

I've brewed this twice now... the first time was a double batch (10g total) on a HERMS recirculating system and it was amazing. The second time was a single batch in my new Anvil Foundry, and even though I read the chart wrong and used too much water (so I missed my OG by a mile), it was still delicious! Can't say that about too many recipes, haha.

Outstanding

This was awesome. The only thing I did was to double the yeast with 2 smack packs of 1056 yeast. Super taste great carbonation and flavor. Strong!!!!

Better than the real thing

I've made several AIH kits and this one is the best. I've given out a lot of samples of this one and every person has said it is better than the real thing. I plan to brew this one again soon.

Hopslam

This kit turned out great but I did alter it a bit, I added an extra pound of honey and also about an extra ounce at flameout of Cascade. Made a big starter and also added a couple ounces of Simcoe to the secondary dry hop. Five weeks in the bottle and this is drinking fine.
