Tried to start in a quart glass jar. Used non chlorinated water at 85 degrees with about 2 tablespoons of mash and starter and nothing happened. Tried identical mix with my old yeast and that worked great
Great yeast ...has great flavor ...works 5-6days ...always taste them same no matter the change in temp.
