Great Alternative to Regular Cider

I've been buying these Cider House Kits for years. Very straight forward. I just put it directly into a corny keg from the primary. I add one can of apple concentrate (instead of the artificial sweetener to cut the normal apple funk) and some Potassium Sorbate (to stop any further fermentation) and at 15 PSI Co2 you have great cider on tap in about a week or two.
