Excellent Cider

First this is the 2nd "cider kit" I've ever done and it came out really good but I think if I had to do it again (I have another Cider House kit with a slightly different flavor addition) I would do it dry without the sweetener packet as I usually prefer it dry but figured I'd try the addition. This is a very nice cider and the cranberry does steal the show which is o.k. with me as I love cranberry and the red apple has a lot of red color.
