Very vice flavor. The hop selection gave it a nice finish. Also very easy to make.

First attempt in 20 years....

Well it has been a while since I have brewed anything so I figured that I would start out with something simple....This Cream Ale was not a disappointment. Left it on primary for about 6 days...then into secondary for 3 weeks. Kegged and force carbonated. This is an easy drinker and great tasting ale. The only changes was the addition of Irish moss , a cold crash and gelatin for clarity....really a great beer.

My favorite

I love this cream ale, I have tried different ones and keep coming back to this one. smooth taste with a little kick in the ABV. When I'm kegging it I put the priming sugar in 10 minutes to end of boil gives a little more ABV. AIH is now my go to beer supplier.
