Works Great!

I just tried this out for the first time, yesterday. It worked great. The aluminum construction allows for fast response to temperature changes. I was able to rapidly adjust the temperature of my wort into my fermenter when paired with a pump and a chill-plate with a ball valve to adjust flow. I was able to hit my target of 68∞ with ease.

Excellent Monitor!

I use this in conjunction with the Blichmann Therminator. I run chilled (iced) water thru the Therminator and this thing responds to the temp changes from flow changes EXTREMELY fast. One of the best little items I've put in my system.
