When the first one came I was disappointed. It had a dent. I called customer service and told them about the problem and they where very helpful. They ask me to box it up, they sent me a ups label and ask me to send it back to them and in the meantime they sent me a replacement, they didn't even wait for the first one to get back to them. The replacement came a little better boxed then the first and is perfect, not a scratch. I am very happy with the way they handled the problem.
