My New Brew Pot

Haven’t used it yet:
The new Brew pot looks shiny and clean. Compared to my other Brew-Pot this one has a single layer bottom and is much thinner. Hopefully not a problem when brewing BIAB and scorching. The handles are not insulated and the lid doesn’t have an insulated handle like my others and may need a pot holder to lift the "Button like" handle on the lid. Paperwork was lacking on cleaning and maintenance procedures. Hopefully it works out without any unforeseen problems when I brew. Slainté-Cheers !

Nice Kettle

I bought this kettle for stepping up to 10 gallon batches. I debated getting the premium version with riveted handles and a tri-clad bottom but decided to go with this one instead. It seems very well built and I have been happy with it so far. All the welds look good and the volume marks are easy to read. I am glad I went with this one vs. the more expensive kettle as it let me save some $$ for grain and yeast costs.
