Good for beer making

I like that itís plastic I broke my last jar it was glass and was too large this one is a good size and is easy to clean.

NICE!

I like this hydrometer test jar better than my old crusty one. This one is nice and wide which lessens the chance of the hydrometer resting against the test jar wall. It's easy to read through the plastic wall, although the raised gradations can get in the way. My base is red, not gray, but that doesn't matter. Also, there's a small spout on the lip of this jar (not shown in picture). No leaks!

Sturdy

I bought this after the base of my first jar broke when my wife dropped it. This one is much sturdier! It feels like it could survive several drops by my clumsy wife!
