Raspberry Golden Ale

The whole brewing process went well; nothing out of the ordinary. When I introduced the raspberry extract at bottling it had a very strong smell; honestly, almost soapy. I thought oh itís just an extract. Bottling when great. Tasting, carbonation was excellent but I could smell the raspberry but there was that soapy smell. I know it wasnít my brewing equipment and bottles. There was something funky about the raspberry.
