Grains, Malts & Sugars Overview

We offer grains by the pound or as 50 lb. sacks of grain. You’ll find A wide variety of light to dark roasted malt as well as rice hulls, flaked oats, flaked corn, flaked rye, and wheat. Extract brewers also have their choice of dry malt extract (DME) and liquid malt extract (LME) options, and you’ll also find brewing sugars and honey for your beer or mead.

Beer Grains

Carapils, red wheat, chocolate malt, rice, corn, rye - we have it all! You can buy grains either by the pound or in sacks of 50 and 55-pound bags (if choosing bags, they are shipped in their original bags and are not crushed).

Dry & Liquid Malt Extract

Extract brewers have plenty of options in both dry and liquid malt extract. Choose from plain extra light, light, wheat, golden, Bavarian, amber, and dark dry malt extract (DME). Our liquid malt extract (LME) comes in plain light, wheat, golden, Pilsen, Munich, rye, Bavarian, amber, porter, and dark along with white sorghum syrup. 

Brewing Honey & Sugars

For sweetening or priming, we have you covered when it comes to sugars for brewing. You’ll find priming sugar, maltodextrin, lactose, Belgian Candi syrup, rice solids, sorghum, and other sugars for brewing beer. For priming, aroma, or flavor you can also choose from wildflower, buckwheat, or orange blossom honey when brewing your beer or mead.
