Description

Perlick 650SS Flow Control Faucet

Perlick's NEW 304 stainless steel, forward sealing beer and wine faucets are unique in both appearance and function. A revolutionary ball and floating front seal design prevents beer from being exposed to air. As a result, the handle lever doesn't stick, and there is no build up of mold and bacteria in the faucet body. Fewer internal parts means better reliability and fewer service calls.

In addition to the Perlick exclusive forward sealing design features, the 650SS Forward Sealing Flow Control Faucet features a flow compensator. The flow compensator provides more control because by adjusting the flow control handle, you can adjust the restriction for hard to pour brands. You can also adjust the flow control handle to slow the flow for pouring sampler glasses, flights or growlers as well as to reduce the amount of foam when pouring into a frosted glass.

Perlick 650SS flow control faucet

Great product easy to clean and also is a great looking product. I have used these in the past and was setting up a new additional faucet on my kegerator.

Buy these First

If you are building a kegerator or keg system, just save yourself a lot of trouble and buy these now. You'll avoid a lot of headache / heartache. I started with cheap faucets for my keezer, then upgraded to standard Perlicks, then finally found these. If you love reading Beersmith articles about balancing keg lines with equations and distance measurements then save some money, do the math, and use standard taps and balance your lines. But if you want to literally *turn a knob on the side of the tap* and balance your line (regardless of pressure or line-length / diameter) then buy these. It is like a why-didn't-I-think-of-this-before epiphany. By the time I found these I had already spent more money - not to mention time - on keg lines than I spent on the premium you pay for these taps. Especially if you are mixing at different carbonation levels for different batches these make balancing lines completely trivial.

Works perfect! Took care of my stuck faucet issues and flow. Perfect draft every time.

These things just work. Nice for a first time thru-wall keezer design, and the adjustment is working nice for three taps so far (of 4 installed - last one finishing fermenting) for pressures ranging from 8 to 30 psi (high one is mineral water and awesome).
