So far, so good

I have this in primary right now. Smells amazing. I did do idea to use a starter (using WLP007) , as this is a BIG beer. Fermentation started in less than 2 hours. One thing I did notice after plugging in the info into Beersmith, the IBU rating was far lower (54) than what the directions say (75). I will probably dry hop with Chinook to get that final wallop of hops. Will brew this again!
